Having lived and worked abroad—primarily across the vibrant landscapes of Asia—I gained a profound understanding of international cultures and the true meaning of hospitality.

Now in my forties, I have returned to my roots in Bayeux with a renewed passion. There is a unique joy in coming home, and today, I find my greatest fulfillment in sharing the secrets of my homeland with visitors from around the world.
